Operations Update

Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

 

NEW INFORMATION

  1. Labor Day – Reminder, Labor Day is this Monday, September 1. Look closely at your restaurant’s sales from previous years and staff accordingly!
  2. Operations Call – Be advised, our next Quarterly Operations Conference call will be Wednesday, September 10 at 3:00pm. This is our system-wide, all General Manager call.  As usual, Corporate GM attendance via video is required, and all GM attendance is highly encouraged.  Supervisors and black shirt Shift Leaders are also welcome to attend.  This will be a 30-minute call.  An invitation and agenda will be provided in advance via email.
  3. New Menu – Our new updated menu with a ‘Newest Creations’ category is also in the works and is expected to roll out by the end of September. There will be five items in this category with an emphasis on a new Scramblers Signature House-made Breakfast Sausage.  Please note that Gordon Food Service has put the new products on your order guide; however, they will force-ship the initial set of any of their products to you, so you do not need to order them yet.  As always, a Product Prep Guide listing all necessary new skews, photos, descriptions, prices, recipes, prep instructions, and videos will be provided in the coming weeks.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Fall Flavors – As promised, published in Sizzle is our Product Prep Guide for our Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast and our new Caramel Apple Delight beginning Wednesday, September 3. We have also made videos to help teach staff how to prep these items.  Your digital cookbook has already been updated with these additions and links to the videos.  Rather than a fall LTO menu, table tents and window posters will be sent out to all locations.  Please display beginning Wednesday morning.
  2. Social Media – Our September Social Media Calendar is here and published on Sizzle, and as always, if you are interested in your restaurant participating or being featured in our ongoing on-line media campaign, please contact Kelly Directly.
