- Holiday Season – The Holidays are here! Be advised, as we approach the holiday’s next week, it is critical to look at your restaurant’s sales from previous years in order to know how to staff. Every market is different and sales in our industry and our Scramblers-system range dramatically based on the demographics of your unique location. Because of this, you should look closely at your individual restaurant sales trends for the days leading up to Christmas, Christmas Eve, the days following Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Staff appropriately, and be ready to impress our guests that don’t visit us as frequently!

- Operations Call – Thank you to all who joined our Quarterly Operations Call last Wednesday. Just a quick reminder on a couple of the topics covered: If you’re not already, start paying close attention to your Tickets Times! There is a very strong correlation between ticket times and total sales in your restaurant. This is becoming a critical metric to which we can attribute guest satisfaction and loyalty. Please start watching! Secondly, a reminder that our social media is growing, and were excited about our new TikTok account! If you have not already done so, please follow us on all of our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and now TikTok. You and all of your staff should be ‘following’ and ‘liking’ so that we can continue to watch it grow and expand our reach to improve our potential guest numbers!
- Gift Card Promotion – Time to sell gift cards! The ‘Buy $50, Get $10’ promotion that we run every year is well underway. Attached is our Promotional Alert. Please motivate your staff to sell, as this is a great way to bring guests back in after the new year during the slower months, which directly helps your servers! Also, below we have posted our Gift Card Tracker which shows individual stores’ sales as they compare to each other and last year’s numbers. This is updated weekly.
