NEW INFORMATION

  1. Summer Savings – Please refer to the attached Summer Savings Promotion Alert for all the rules and regulations regarding this promotion.     Scramblers Summer Savings
  2. Baking Powder – Be advised, in order to avoid any concern about GFS being able to provide Red Star Baking Powder to all stores in a timely manner, we have requested a second 50lb bag to be force-shipped to all locations. This will mitigate any fears of running out, and allow Red Star a few more weeks to correct the shipping and packaging issues.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Fall LTO Menus –The Fall LTO is currently in production, but is not expected to start until mid-September. As always, this menu will be accompanied by a Product Preparation Guide complete with descriptions, prices, recipes, preparation instructions, and full color photos, along with preparation videos in Scramblers University.

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES

  1. Food Preparation Chapter – The three primary books used in our operation for all things food preparation related have been updated to reflect the new 2018 Scramblers Menu. Please download the new Cookbook, Recipe Book, and Prep Book and print to have an updated copy of all three in your restaurant. These can all be found in the Scramblers Library inside the Operations Manual.
