NEW INFORMATION

  1. Labor Day – This year, Labor Day is Monday, September 3.  Expect a busy holiday weekend and please schedule your staff accordingly.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Summer Savings – Please refer to the Summer Savings Promotion Alert for all the rules and regulations regarding this promotion.  Also, please train staff to encourage guests to re-use their Summer Savings card throughout the length of the promotion.
  2. Fall LTO Menus –The Fall LTO is complete, but is not expected to start until mid-September.  As always, this menu will be accompanied by a Product Preparation Guide complete with descriptions, prices, recipes, preparation instructions, and full color photos, along with preparation videos in Scramblers University.

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES

  1. Food Preparation Chapter – The three primary books used in our operation for all things food preparation related have been updated to reflect the new 2018 Scramblers Menu. Please download the new Cookbook, Recipe Book, and Prep Book and print to have an updated copy of all three in your restaurant.  These can all be found in the Scramblers Library inside the Operations Manual.
