NEW INFORMATION
- New Croissants – Our current croissant from GFS will not be available through the rest of the calendar year 2018. We have selected a substitution for this item that will be available on the GFS order guide next week.
- Baking Powder – All stores will receive a second shipment of 50lb bag of Red Star Baking Powder. This will be the last force-shipped bag. Red Star is now available in the original 5lb containers and will be reflected on your GFS order guide.
RECURRING TOPICS
- Labor Day – This year, Labor Day is Monday, September 3. Expect a busy holiday weekend and please schedule your staff accordingly.
- Summer Savings – Please refer to the Summer Savings Promotion Alert for all the rules and regulations regarding this promotion. Also, please train staff to encourage guests to re-use their Summer Savings card throughout the length of the promotion.
- Fall LTO Menus –The Fall LTO is complete, but is not expected to start until mid-September. As always, this menu will be accompanied by a Product Preparation Guide complete with descriptions, prices, recipes, preparation instructions, and full color photos, along with preparation videos in Scramblers University.
