NEW INFORMATION

  1. Scrambler Bucks – Today is the last day of Scrambler Bucks redemption. Please destroy any remaining bucks in your restaurant and remove all promotional material including signage if you have not already done so.
  2. Spring/Summer LTO – Our Seasonal Limited Time Offering Menu is in the final stages of production. Expect to see a complete menu along with a Product Preparation Guide (photos, names, descriptions, recipes, prices, and preparation instructions) in your restaurant some time in the first week of April for a mid-April roll-out.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Training – A reminder to all management, we will be conducting a system-wide Scramblers Management Operational Training Session in Findlay, Ohio on Tuesday, March 19, 10am-4pm. All General Managers and Restaurant Supervisors are invited to attend.  Unlike previous, GFS sponsored ‘leadership’ or ‘team-building’ training, this will be primarily focused on Scramblers Operation specific training to provide managers with all of the necessary tools to run an efficient and profitable Scramblers Restaurant.
  2. Hash Browns – GFS has informed us that McCain’s hash browns are still another month away from having production ramped up enough to begin to provide us product. Expect our McCain’s hash browns no earlier than the end of March.
