- University – Scramblers University is under construction. We are currently working hard to make certain that it is as user-friendly a system as possible. Currently in the works are a number of changes that will incorporate many different facets of our company. In approximately 4-5 weeks we will be introducing a new platform called ‘The Coop’ designed to house all aspects of the Scramblers University. One of the most notable changes is that the Scramblers ‘File Share Server’ is no more. Rather, all Operations Manuals, Marketing Material, and Menu Development files will become the ‘Scramblers University Library’. The University, Library, Accounting Portal, Operations Reviews and many other links will all be available in ‘The Coop’. We look forward to introducing this new platform in mid-November.
- Bacon Specs – As anticipated, we have switched bacon specs back to the Scramblers standard (16-18 slices/pound). The new spec is already available on the GFS order guide. Please consider this when making adjustments to your cooking times.
