- Spring/ Summer LTO – It’s that time of year again! We have completed our Spring/ Summer Limited Time Offering (LTO) menu. It’s in final phase of production and will be mailed out to all locations this week. We will go live in the restaurants on Wednesday, April 19. Attached is the Product Preparation Guide with full descriptions, recipes, preparation instructions full color photos of all items, and a comprehensive list of all new items that must be purchased in order to be ready for this menu. A hard copy of the guide will also accompany your menus when you receive them. Please note, the original PPG had an inaccurate item number for grits. This original number was for GFS brand grits.
