NEW INFORMATION

  1. LTO Menus – Just a reminder that the Summer LTO menu will finish at close of business on Monday, September 4 which is Labor Day this year. Consider this when ordering product for this menu.  Keep in mind that the Fall LTO is in production now and is scheduled to go live on Wednesday, September 13.  This menu will have a few traditional favorites on it as well as a few new dishes.  A Product Preparation Guide will be provided in digital version in the next few weeks and shrimp is expected to make this menu as well.  Hard copy’s of the PPG will be provided with the menus when they arrive in your restaurant at the beginning of September.

  1. DoorDash Feedback – On a quarterly basis, DoorDash provides us analytics regarding Scramblers execution of their delivery system. We’ve decided to share with all locations their Q2 Missing/Incorrect Orders Report.  Take a look at this report and use this feedback as a potential opportunity for improvement in our delivery execution.  DoorDash Q2 Feedback
  2. Scratch-Off Promotion – Unfortunately, we have run into a few hiccups with our Scratch-Off promotion that are not conceptual, rather attributable primarily to poor execution. Most of these snags are as a result of staff or management not reading the SOP thoroughly, or a simple reluctance to adhere to the guidelines as they are spelled out.  Proper execution of this promotion is critical in producing an effective promo while mitigating potential exposure to theft or corruption.  Almost all questions are addressed in the SOP; therefore, we encourage management to read it again and train their staff properly.  As always, feel free to contact our corporate offices with any additional questions.   Scratch-Off Promotion Alert
