NEW INFORMATION

  1. Social Media – March social media calendar is here! The calendar is accessible through the Accounting Portal, and as always, if you’re interested in you or your restaurant being featured in our on-line marketing campaign, please reach out to Kelly directly.   March Social Media Calendar

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. New Menu Changes – With the introduction of this new menu a few items were noted on the Product Preparation Guide that need clarification. The updated guide is attached below:   New Menu Product Prep Guide
    1. Potato Seasoning – The addition of dried parsley is 2 cups. Previously noted as 16 oz but was confusing as it was by volume, not weight.
    2. Caramel Iced Coffee – 1 oz Monin caramel syrup goes in, while caramel sauce drizzle goes on top.
    3. Biscuits & Gravy – No longer noted on the menu as getting chives on top; therefore, we will no longer put chives on biscuits and gravy unless specifically requested.
