NEW INFORMATION
- Sausage – The new improved sausage link is now available in all Gordon’s DCs, so we have put it on the order guide. This is a sausage link much closer to our original and does not have the casing that our guests don’t like. We have eliminated those from your order guide. Be advised, for inventory purposes, this new link comes in a 10lb box, not 12lb.
- Spring LTO – Be advised, our new Spring LTO menu is in the final stages of production and will be ready for a start date of Wednesday, April 17. We will provide a digital version of the Product Preparation Guide in the next week so you may begin to prepare. A hard-copy of this guide will be shipped with the menus. We will be rolling our a new LTO menu for our City Egg locations at this time as well.
RECURRING TOPICS
- Ice Coffee – We are making a simple change to our iced coffee. We will switch to a canned whipped cream rather than use our current On Top Topping product that doesn’t have the right effect. Please look for the new canned version on your order guide.
- Easter – Be advised, Easter Sunday is March 31 this year. Now is the time to place Easter signs in your lobby to let our guests know that we are open for business on this Day. A very common misconception among the public is that we are extremely busy on this day, so many guests avoid coming in to avoid crowds and long wait times. This can have an adverse effect on our business, so letting the public know well in advance that we have plenty of availability for fast service on Easter Sunday is critical.
