NEW INFORMATION

  1. Spring LTO – Be advised, our new Spring LTO menu is in the final stages of production and will be ready for a start date of Wednesday, April 17. Next week, I will attach a digital version of the Product Preparation Guide so you may begin to prepare.  A hard-copy of this guide will be shipped with the menus.  We will be rolling out a new LTO menu for our City Egg locations at this time as well.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Sausage – The new improved sausage link is now available in all Gordon’s DCs, so we have put it on the order guide. This is a sausage link much closer to our original and does not have the casing that our guests don’t like.  We have eliminated those from your order guide.  Be advised, for inventory purposes, this new link comes in a 10lb box, not 12lb.
