1. Grand Opening – Congratulations to Ed and Eddie Auld on the opening of their first Scramblers Restaurant in Lexington Park, MD! We are excited about the continued expansion of our Scramblers family to the east coast and appreciate the hard work from Ed and Eddie in the long construction process of this location.  It is a beautiful restaurant with our newest finishes, and we would encourage anyone who finds themselves in that area to stop in and see the newest addition to the Scramblers community!

1. Food Costs – In an effort to better hone in on food cost specifics, the corporate restaurants spent some time developing system that provides more specific parameters when determining food costs in your restaurants. Essentially, food cost is now broken down by category rather than only as a whole number, and a range established to help GM’s have a reference point when looking at their inventory levels and food costs.  This list is provided to all corporate District Managers at the beginning of each period, and can be provided to any other operator who is interested via email.  If you’d like to be included in this email, please contact Philip directly.
