NEW INFORMATION
- Mother’s Day – Be advised, Mother’s Day is next weekend on Sunday May 10. This is our busiest day of the year, so finish preparing your restaurant. Increase and train your staff and make sure all are available and ready to work. Spruce up your restaurant. Get the neglected cleaning projects completed, touch up the paint and make your store looks brand-new, as we will be exposed to many new guests and many who have not visited us in a while. Be ready to impress!
- New Table Tents – Standard Operating Procedure for table tents will now be to fill them with all applicable inserts in the clear plastic sleeves (should be 5 or 6 at least), and place them on the end of the table opposite the condiments once the table has been completely cleaned and ready to be sat.
- Coupon – Be advised, we are currently running a coupon through our social media redeemable this weekend only! This coupon is a ‘Buy any cocktail, get a Free Entrée’ on Friday, May1 – Sunday, May 3. Please make sure your staff is prepared for this and will redeem for any guests that show them the social media post. Sizzle will have a button.
- New IT Phone Number – Moving forward, all IT questions or issues should be sent to a new phone number: (614) 858-1488. Please inform all staff of this, and no longer contact the number ending in 4207 for IT related issues.
- New Advertising Poster – Be advised, a new advertising window poster is being sent out to all stores. This poster will advertise our new Strawberry Short(pan)Cakes as well as either $3.49 mimosas, or the new mocha drink depending on whether or not your restaurant is serving cocktails. These posters are being shipped today, and should arrive as early as Friday. When they do arrive, lease replace the current iced coffee posters with these new ones.

- Kids Menus – Be advised, on Monday, June 1 we will change to a new kids menu! This new menu applies to all locations as it is both new design and new updated prices! This means, between now and June 1, all Scramblers restaurants must order the new kids menus from Great Lakes Hamco. When they arrive, you will put them on stand-by until June 1. Then at the close of business on Sunday, May 31, you will discard all remaining current kids menus and roll out the new version.
