NEW INFORMATION

1. Ops Call – Be advised, our next Quarterly Operations Conference call will be next Wednesday, June 10 at 3:00pm. This is our system-wide, all General Manager call.  As usual, Corporate GM attendance via video is required, and all GM attendance is highly encouraged.  Supervisors and black shirt Shift Leaders are also welcome to attend.  This will be a 30-minute call.  An invitation and agenda has been sent via email.
2. Juneteenth – Be advised, June 19^th is now a federal holiday and this year falls on the Friday before Father’s Day. This may make for a busy weekend starting with a busy Friday.  Please consider when writing schedules.

RECURRING TOPICS

1. Father’s Day – Be prepared! Our second busiest day of the year falls on Sunday, June 21^st. Please look at sales from last year in your restaurant to help know what to expect.  Keep in mind, unlike Mother’s Day, weather can be a big factor on Father’s Day.  If it rains, we will be busy!
