- New Menu – Reminder, our new menu goes live next week! Attached below are the Product Prep Guide and Instructional Videos for the ‘Newest Creations’ items. Your digital cookbook has already been updated. Sizzle will be updated on Tuesday night. Please discard all old menus at the close of business on Tuesday and begin the new menu on Wednesday, October 14.
- Columbus Day – Monday, October 12 is Columbus Day/ Indigenous Peoples Day. Some municipalities honor this day with closed schools or government offices. Please look at your restaurant’s sales from last year to prepare for what level of sales to expect and how to staff.

- Scramblers App – Our new app is live! It is available on both Android and Apple devices. We are planning a slow roll-out of this app as we build on guest and user feedback. You may download and begin to explore.
- Reviews – Attached take a look at September’s Positive Reviews and share with your staff! Great work to all! September Positive Reviews!
- Sweet potatoes – Be advised, in adding sweet potatoes to our new menu, we are unaware how much demand we will see. Our only reference is the introduction of sweet potatoes to City Egg a year ago, and the sales for them spiked. Therefore, you should not be caught without enough product! Please consider ordering a little extra on your first order.
- Hollandaise Sauce – Be advised, it has come to our attention that due to tariffs and trade wars, Gordons is going to run out of our hollandaise sauce! We do not know when, but we have been told that Knorr Hollandaise will become unavailable soon. Therefore, we highly recommend all Scramblers locations order more now if possible! If not, this product can still be found on Amazon or your local grocer for a limited time as well. We have sampled substitute products including Knorr’s own Ready-To-Use version with none even close to acceptable. The best approach will be to increase your par level and keep it high until we have more information about when it will become available again.
