- Holiday Hours Sign – Please post your holiday hours sign in your restaurant to educate guests on our adjustments beginning with Thanksgiving.
- Veterans Day – Be prepared, we will be offering a free entrée to all Unites States Military Veterans on Saturday, November 11. We are advertising this discount to our guests via the e-club, and, in spite of the holiday being observed on Friday for government offices, we will be honoring this discount on Saturday only in order to avoid duplicate use of the discount.
- Coop Logins – To all Franchise Restaurant Managers: your access to The Coop will be provided via email later today. You will receive both a login and password to get access and begin your use of The Coop. Corporate restaurant managers will receive access login and passwords next week.
- Gift Card Promotion – It’s that time of year again! Our annual Buy $50, Get $10 Free Gift Card Promotion begins this Wednesday, November 15. Please ensure your staff is trained and ready to begin this promotion. All stores should have received all necessary gift cards, sleeves and marketing material. Please have them all on display on Wednesday.

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES
- Scramblers Library – When launched this week, The Coop will have a direct link to Scramblers Library, which will have the most updated version of the Operations Manual. Consider, several documents within the manual have changed. Most are minor changes. Rather than list all here, we encourage all stores to download and print a new Operations Manual to ensure everyone has a complete and updated version.
