- The Coop – The Coop is up and running. This new all-encompassing platform is designed to house all facets of our company under one location. The Coop is a dashboard that provides easy access to the University, Library, Accounting Portal and more. Please contact our marketing department with any questions.
- Thanksgiving Holiday – Please remember to check sales volume trends from previous years for your restaurant throughout the Thanksgiving holiday week. Most stores see a significant uptick in sales on Wednesday and Friday. Staff appropriately and be ready to impress our guests!

- Holiday Hours Sign – Please post your holiday hours sign in your restaurant to educate guests on our adjustments beginning with Thanksgiving.
- Gift Card Promotion – It’s that time of year again! Our annual Buy $50, Get $10 Free Gift Card Promotion began this past Wednesday, November 15. Please ensure your staff is trained and working hard to sell gift cards.
